Booking with Confidence

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. No payment is required until then, so you can plan your stay with total peace of mind knowing your reservation is fully flexible within this period.

Services

Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are provided from the 3rd day of stay and every 3 days thereafter, subject to operational availability.

Casa Espalamaca is a private accommodation and not a hotel. Due to limited resources, especially during high season, daily service may not always be guaranteed.

Included in the rental price:

  • Fresh bed linen service every 7 days (mattress cover and linen)

Extra services (upon request):

  • Additional set of mattress cover and linen: €65
  • Daily maintenance service (subject to availability)

Cancellation Policy (Flexible Rate)

All reservations are made under a Flexible (Refundable) Rate:

Free Cancellation Guests may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. As no payment is collected before this period, no charge applies and there is nothing to refund.

Late Cancellation Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.

No-Show In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation amount will be retained.

Payment Policy

  • No prepayment is required to confirm the reservation. The booking is confirmed subject to availability.
  • 30 days before arrival, the guest will receive an email with a secure link to complete the full payment (100%) of the reservation.
  • Payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the link. If payment is not completed within this period, Casa Espalamaca reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
  • From the moment payment becomes due (30 days before arrival), the booking becomes non-refundable.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the same payment method whenever possible, within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to Reservation

  • Changes requested more than 30 days before arrival may be accepted, subject to availability and rate adjustments.
  • Changes requested within 30 days prior to arrival will be treated as a cancellation.

Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
  • Check-out: until 11:00 AM

Late check-in may be subject to prior approval.

Children Policy

  • 0 to 4 years old: Not allowed
  • 5 to 17 years old: Charged as adults

Casa Espalamaca reserves the right to request proof of age at check-in. Failure to comply may result in booking adjustment or refusal of accommodation.

Pets

Casa Espalamaca is not pet-friendly. Pets are not allowed on the property.

Parking

Private parking is available for guests.

Guests are advised to keep their vehicles locked at all times. Casa Espalamaca is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss involving vehicles.

Damages or Missing Items

Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

Casa Espalamaca reserves the right to charge for damages or missing items, supported by corresponding invoices.

Early Departure

No refunds will be issued for unused nights in case of early departure.

Force Majeure

Casa Espalamaca shall not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
